What would I want a future employer to take from this?

Although, my two largest categories are dominance and influence, I like to do both in a respectful and caring way. I do not believe I am better than others or deserve more. I believe everyone should be treated equally and with care. I like to try new opportunities and go above and beyond. I am very determined to do everything in order for a company to succeed.

What is a DISC Assessment?

The DISC Assessment is a tool designed to help individuals, teams and organizations to learn about people's behavioral differences in the workforce.
